Education:
I have earned both my undergraduate and graduate (M.B.A.) degrees in economics and management from Auburn University plus additional graduate work from Georgia State University.

Biography:
I have had over 25 years management experience in Human Resource Management and Health Care Administration. My formal education teaching experience includes several colleges and universities to include, Troy University, Auburn University, the University of Florida and others. I have been a licensed Health Care Administrator and have worked as a management consultant both to the Durable Medical Equipment Industry and Primary Care facilities. In addition I have had practical administrative experience in public administration, which includes serving as Director for the Alabama Department of Public Health, the City of Jacksonville, Florida and in campus administration as the Assistant Campus Director of its Jacksonville campus with the University of Florida's Health Science Center for seven years. In addition I am also, for sixteen years, the owner-broker of a real estate brokerage business in Orange Beach, Alabama selling coastal properties.

My teaching philosophy comes from the father of education, Seneca, "by teaching we learn" and the Bible: "Do yourself a favor and learn all you can; then remember what you learn and you will prosper." Proverbs 19-8 (GN)
