Education:
I received a Master of Arts degree in the Scientific Basis of Physical Education with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Movement and Exercise Science, with a minor in Coaching from the University of Northern Iowa.

Biography:
My name is Heather DeWaard-Flickinger, I am an Adjunct Professor for Waldorf College and teach Student Learning Success, Concepts of Wellness, and Sociology of Sport in the hybrid programs. I also teach Health Promotion and Education on campus in the Wellness program at Waldorf College. Additionally, I am an Instructor in the Wellness, Exercise Science, and Leisure Services program at North Iowa Area Community College.
