Special State Disclosure Requirements

 In compliance with federal and state regulations, Waldorf College seeks authorization or exemption, as applicable, in all 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia and territories.  Compliance requirements vary state-by-state.  For colleges to offer degree programs to residents of some states, those states require special disclosure. 

For example, some states require special disclosure that the state does not regulate out-of-state institutions.  In those cases, out-of-state institutions may offer online programs to residents of those states, but the college is regulated by its home state, not necessarily by the student’s state of residence.
